Musical chairs is a game where a number of chairs one less than the number of players are arranged facing outward with the players standing in a circle just outside of that. Usually, music is played while the participants in the circle walk in unison around the chairs. When the music stops, each player attempts to sit down in one of the chairs. The player who is left without a chair is eliminated from the game. One chair is then removed to ensure that there will always be one fewer chair than there are players. The music resumes and the cycle repeats until there is only one player left in the game, who is the winner.
This Thursday and Friday, we changed the rules of the game somewhat. We arranged a HR Musical Chairs, but we never removed any or the chairs, arranged the chairs facing inwards, circling in unison between different organisations and the music never stopped. Nobody got eliminated and we all got to be inspired winners.
Tyvm, for playing some awesome music – being great hosts and so generously share your experience, challenges, success stories and reflections. The team from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania sends there appriciation to King, Bisnode, 3. They kind of liked their stop at Spotify as well. I owe you Robert Käck, Anne-Marie Andric & Mattias Segelmark – you are totally rad!
