The ripple effect of our Global Parental Leave Policy @Spotify is plain insane. We are just incredible proud and happy that we can help #LeadOnLeave just by driving the Swedishness back home.
Our experience of having both mothers and fathers on leave for more then 20 years with up to 480 paid days gives us a very good understanding on how to manage, what the gains are and also even be able to urge all employees to take their leave.
